    User Role Overview

    An overview of the tasks each user role can and cannot complete

    In FRONTSTEPS there are two different levels of roles: Company and Community.

    Company-Level Roles:

    • Business Account Owner (only 1)
    • Admin
    • Manager

    * These roles can do every task

    Community-Level Roles:

    • Concierge
    • Director
    • Owner
    • Tenant


    The tasks users are able to complete vary by the role they have been assigned. Click here to view tasks by each user role.
