    Sending Welcome Emails to New Users

    1. Login as a community administrator
    2. Click “administration” and select “community directory” from the drop down menu
    3. Either add the new resident or search for an existing resident
    4. Click edit next to their name and it will load the property profile and show all the users
    5. Now click edit next to the user you wish to send the welcome email to and it will open the “User Details” page
    6. Confirm the correct email address is entered
    7. Scroll to the bottom of the page and on the right hand side there is a button labeled “save and send welcome email”
