Sending Welcome Emails to New Users
- Login as a community administrator
- Click “administration” and select “community directory” from the drop down menu
- Either add the new resident or search for an existing resident
- Click edit next to their name and it will load the property profile and show all the users
- Now click edit next to the user you wish to send the welcome email to and it will open the “User Details” page
- Confirm the correct email address is entered
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and on the right hand side there is a button labeled “save and send welcome email”
